Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle executive searches, from intake and talent mapping through offer and placement
Partner with clients to understand strategic, technical, and leadership needs and translate them into targeted search strategies
Build and engage senior-level candidate pipelines through networking, research, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct high-quality screening and interviews, delivering thoughtful, consultative candidate assessments
Present and manage shortlists, guide interview processes, and advise clients through decision-making and offers
Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, supporting informed career decisions and long-term relationships
Maintain post-placement relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
Contribute market intelligence, candidate insight, and commercial leads to the broader business
Use ATS/CRM systems to track activity, reporting, and search progress with discipline and accuracy
Attend exciting industry conferences

Required

Proven executive search experience within an agency or retained search environment
Experience in energy, nuclear, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred
Confidence working with senior executives, boards, and complex stakeholders
Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance quality, pace, and outcomes
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple searches independently
High integrity, discretion, and commitment to ethical recruitment standards

Preferred

Business Development and/or Account Management experience, an asset
