The Warehouse & Test Technician will be responsible for maintaining inventory, coordinating deliveries, configuring and testing cabinets and controllers, and facilitating repairs to support the company's traffic management systems.

Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate inventory (monthly) of all items in the warehouse
Coordinate deliveries with Manufacturing and Shipping
Coordinate deliveries to Contractor/End user
Configure cabinet and controller per end user specification
Test cabinet and Controller per end user specification
Coordinate with Sales Staff and FSR if any issues are identified during testing
Facilitate repairs as directed by sales management and or FSR
After testing is complete repackage cabinet plugins and controller for shipment
Other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in electronic and mechanical assembly and testing
Basic electrical training or certification; traffic cabinet experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP systems experience a plus (e.g., D365/PowerBI)
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a delivery truck
Ability to lift 35+ pounds
Ability to work in warehouse and testing environments
Ability to frequently walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
Ability to stand, sit, climb, stop, and kneel when necessary
Preferred
Traffic cabinet experience
Warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience
The ability to travel to the Tecate facility or other Econolite locations
Local travel for product deliveries within the region
