Responsibilities
You will assume on-call assignments for the evening, night, holiday, and weekend shifts as assigned
You will support the MultiCare community by working varied shifts
You will provide clinical hardware and software support as assigned
You will function as a primary liaison between various IS&T staff for networking, cabling, and hardware/software configuration issues
You will train and keeps End User Compute staff apprised of any changes or updates specific to Technical areas
You will work with all IS&T department staff to facilitate better communications between departments
Qualification
Required
AA in healthcare or A+ Certification or equivalent certifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
Work experience may be substituted by relevant education
Technical School classes (End User Compute)
Minimum four (4) years of experience in a technology related environment: workstation management, application installation, or virtual
Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
Ability to drive a MultiCare vehicle
