Responsibilities
Represent Citco Real Assets Products at industry events, engaging with market participants to gather insights and raise visibility of Citco’s Property Services offerings
Lead and present structured industry and market analyses to inform product strategy and decision-making
Assess competitor property services and technology platforms to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
Engage directly with clients, business leads, and relationship managers to uncover unmet needs, product gaps, and new opportunities in Real Assets
Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and experiences to ensure product design and enhancements align with market demand
Contribute to the development of Citco Property Services products across jurisdictions
Support the generation and assessment of new ideas that improve client experience and strengthen Citco’s offering
Assist in documenting product features and enhancements, coordinating with Technology and Client Services to ensure effective delivery
Gather feedback from pilots and client sessions to refine product direction
Own and maintain the Property Services product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and client needs
Solicit senior-level support to allocate budget and resources to drive delivery of Property Services initiatives
Direct cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, roles, and expected outcomes for each initiative
Define and monitor success measures in line with business cases, holding teams accountable for delivery and value creation
Provide leadership, guidance, and escalation support to keep strategic initiatives on track and positioned for success
Shape the high-level design of technology components and process solutions for new tax product initiatives
Review and approve detailed functional requirements, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver effectively
Ensure transparency and accountability in execution, maintaining visibility of progress and risks
Oversee pilot programs with clients to test new capabilities, refine requirements, and ensure platform stability
Support Relationship Managers with product positioning to drive adoption and generate new client revenue
Develop and maintain clear product collateral, including standard offering documentation, RFP responses, and sales enablement materials
Actively support the sales process by articulating Citco’s Property Services proposition, product roadmap, and competitive differentiators
Partner with Marketing & Communications to produce impactful product marketing content for new launches and thought leadership campaigns
Contribute to and support the broader marketing calendar, ensuring consistent positioning of Citco’s Real Assets in the market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or a related field
At least 5–7 years' experience in Real Asset operations, technology, or project management
Familiarity with real asset operational tasks, functionality, and hierarchical structures from asset to client
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client and regulatory needs into practical solutions
Good communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate across functions and contribute to client discussions
Comfortable working in a project environment with multiple stakeholders, balancing deadlines and priorities
Curious and adaptable, with an interest in developing expertise in global Real Assets and client product management
Preferred
Project and/or Product Management Professional qualification helpful but not essential
Exposure to real asset technology platforms and tools an advantage, but not a requirement
