Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment services for campus hiring needs
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them through recruitment strategies, timelines, and candidate selection
Represent the company authentically to candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines by enhancing the company’s visibility on campus and driving impactful recruiting campaigns that use innovative outreach and storytelling
Lead and execute diversity-focused campus recruiting initiatives, including major conference participation with partnerships (e.g., ALPFA, O4U, SEO, NABA)
Build strategic partnerships with universities, student organizations, and Employee Resource Groups to elevate employer brand and attract diverse talent
Design and host impactful virtual and in-person events that reflect company culture and values
Analyze program gaps and develop strategic plans to improve campus recruiting operations
Coordinate outreach efforts and oversee event execution to ensure engaging and efficient candidate experiences
Support demand planning and talent pooling strategies to proactively meet future hiring needs
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share insights with internal stakeholders
Manage and execute ad hoc initiatives that enhance campus programs, improve processes, or address emerging business needs
Maintain accurate and timely data across ATS and CRM systems
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal risk management frameworks
Ensure high data integrity and compliance with all relevant systems and processes

Required

Strong previous experience in graduate recruitment/diversity and branding with the ability to deliver and evaluate successful campus strategies, programs, or projects
Understanding of key trends, research, and generations in early careers with a focus on marketing, attraction, diversity, and future skills
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to create change and challenge the status quo
Tech-savvy and digitally curious, with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Future travel to recruiting events will be required, as needed and dependent on local guidelines

Preferred

Prior campus recruiting experience is a plus, it is not required
Strong soft skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset are essential
