Responsibilities
Architect L2O processes and systems: CRM, CPQ/RFQ, ERP integrations
Own quoting engine strategy and performance; digitize RFQ workflows
Define canonical data models (Quotes, Orders, Products, Pricing)
Lead delivery with dev/integration/data teams; manage backlog and testing
Drive adoption and KPI improvements (quote cycle time, accuracy, conversion)
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years in Solution Architecture for manufacturing/fabrication
Proven delivery of Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash
Hands-on integrations to multi-ERP landscapes; Azure services preferred
Strong business stakeholder engagement and change management experience
Preferred
CPQ tools (Experlogix/Tacton/etc.)
CAD/PDM exposure
