Responsibilities

Effectively manage complex projects from inception to completion
Implement multi-phased projects and apply project management best practices
Understand complex equity structures and represent them on the platform
Deliver white-glove customer service while fostering meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure that they get maximum value from our software
Manage complex datasets with high integrity
Train clients on how to use Carta LLC Software
Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process
Serve as a technical product expert to respond to queries from clients and other internal departments, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams when necessary
Identify, recommend, test, and implement operational procedure improvements and take on additional projects to drive product improvement
Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team/company by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and thorough documentation

Required

3+ years of finance or accounting experience
Familiarity with complex capital structures
Demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite clients with a high degree of empathy and confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and offer creative solutions to meet customer needs
Can exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Strong project management skills and a high level of organization - must be able to manage multiple onboarding projects at a time, while providing timely follow up to clients
Proficient in Excel and have experience with CRMs (Preferably: Salesforce)
Experience learning new technologies, platforms, and systems
