Sales Recruiter
National Contracting Center (NCC) is a national Field Marketing Organization dedicated to empowering independent agents and agencies in the senior health insurance market. The role involves recruiting and partnering with independent insurance agents and agencies, focusing on building strong B2B relationships and converting prospects into successful partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage small business owners and insurance agency principals nationwide to contract through NCC
Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to communicate NCC’s value proposition
Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to understand agency goals and align them with NCC’s services
Initiate long-term B2B partnerships with agencies, small business clients, and market influencers
Guide agency owners through the recruiting process and negotiate partnership terms to close
Set expectations and ensure a smooth transition to the contracting team
Stay informed on market changes, product updates, and compliance standards
Develop and maintain a targeted prospect pipeline using internal and self-sourced leads
Document and track communication and performance using Salesforce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, commission-based agent/agency recruiting, or phone-based business development
Experience working with CRMs and documenting interactions
Strong phone presence and virtual/in-person communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Public speaking and presentation skills to demonstrate our value proposition
Ability to travel occasionally

Proven success in B2B sales, agency recruitment, and/or business development
Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and closing abilities
Business Acumen & Organization
Understand business structures, commissions/production levels, and align agency needs with NCC's services
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relationships
Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven
Proficient with CRMs, conferencing tools, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and research tools
Use data and insights to drive engagement and close deals
Adaptable & Entrepreneurial
Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments
Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience recruiting 1099/commission-based roles
Knowledge of Medicare, Life, or ACA insurance products
Experience recruiting 1099 insurance agents/agencies or working within an FMO/carrier
Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital sourcing tools
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
