Responsibilities

Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business objectives for OSAT manufacturing
Lead the design and deployment of ML/DL models for predictive maintenance, defect detection, process optimization, and yield improvement
Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and maintain unified data platforms, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions
Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to manufacturing environments
Work closely with operations, engineering, and IT teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business impact
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI team

Qualification

AI/ML technologiesML/DL frameworksData engineeringMicrosoft FabricCloud-based AI deploymentSemiconductor manufacturingStakeholder managementTeam buildingCommunicationStrategic thinking

Required

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
12+ years in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in manufacturing or industrial settings
Expertise in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Strong knowledge of data engineering and unified data platforms
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies is a plus
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Familiarity with edge AI and real-time analytics for factory environments
Understanding of cloud-based AI deployment (Azure preferred)
