InternSageSure is a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, seeking an Intern to join the Rising Pioneer Program within their Sales Operations team. The role involves working cross-functionally, identifying process challenges, and providing recommendations to enhance the Sales organization.

Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with other departments developing communication and collaboration skills
Identify challenges within internal processes and recommend solutions sharpening documentation and critical thinking skills
Provide updates to the VP of Sales & Distribution Optimization and present findings to senior leaders growing your executive presence
Lead current-state assessments across multiple processes impacting the Sales organization
Identifying challenges within the end-to-end processes
Form recommendations to address identified challenges
Learn and network with employees, leaders, and other interns during an on-the-job experience
Collaborative teamwork and/or individual Capstone project
Fulfill tasks set out by team leaders
Receive coaching, mentoring and feedback from knowledgeable SageSure professionals
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate education pursuing a degree in Business, Interaction/UX Design, or Soft Sciences
A graduation date in December 206 or May 2027
Solid problem-solving skills and detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Strong Communication skills both with technical and non-technical resources
Ability to multitask and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Prior internship experience
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong writing skills
Experience with service design
