Responsibilities
Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, transfers, and disposals in SAP
Support periodic physical asset inventory and reconciliation
Assist with depreciation review and asset-related reporting
Maintain lease data and support lease-related accounting processes
Support payroll processes, including data review and coordination with payroll providers
Review and manage corporate card usage and travel & expense reports
Monitor SG&A expenses and process related journal entries
Ensure expense documentation complies with company policies
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
Prepare and post journal entries in SAP FI
Support balance sheet account reviews and reconciliations
Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits
Assist with internal control (ICFR) and compliance-related documentation
Support accounting inquiries from auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
Support ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as required by the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Approximately 3 years of accounting experience
Hands-on experience using SAP (FI / Asset module preferred)
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
Preferred
Experience with fixed assets, lease accounting, or payroll support
Experience in a multinational or corporate accounting environment
Exposure to audit support or internal control processes
Experience with expense management or corporate card programs
