Responsibilities
Oversee resource demands made by project and program teams across the National Security Group Customer Vertical Unit
Provide comprehensive project and resourcing support on selected projects and programs
Coordinate and maintain resource bookings and availability of talent, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective communication
Ensure projects and programs operate within defined Project Governance controls and meet required governance standards when aligning talent to resource bookings
Provide resource planning and management, including analytics around data, in support of projects and programs
Conduct planning activities in support of project and program governance, including project plans, risk and issues logs, and related documentation
Develop and maintain resource model estimates and track and forecast resource movements and spend
Coordinate and lead various business interlocks and meetings in support of project and program managers
Train and support colleagues on process and tools usage
Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast future workforce needs and identify skill gaps
Ensure accurate time charging for billable resources to support revenue recognition
Engage regularly with Delivery Strategy and Business Program Managers to align on priorities
Qualification
Required
6+ years of resource management experience
5+ years of US Federal Government experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
Experience with project management tools and resource management platforms
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data and generating workforce insights
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to remain flexible and adapt in response to changing priorities
Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
Capacity planning and strategic workforce forecasting
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Delivering on priorities in fast-paced environments
