Lead and develop high-performing network engineering and architecture teams
Define and execute enterprise network strategy and modernization roadmap
Ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of network services
Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, end-to-end technology solutions
Oversee project prioritization, capacity planning, budgets, and vendor relationships
Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and risks to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years in network engineering with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Experience leading distributed enterprise network teams (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, cloud, voice)
Strong technical background in routing, switching, security, and network monitoring
Proven ability to influence across organizations without direct authority
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Network engineering: 10 years (Required)
