Electronics Design Engineer
Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation, and they are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for three-phase UPS product evolution activities, collaborating with global engineering teams, and improving product quality through cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities
Analyze returned defective products/parts to identify root cause and create TEX (Technical Expert Assessment) report for customer and complete the Engineering activities as required
Perform critical field issue investigation (by Parts return/Remote/On-site support) and technical support for North American cases and cover all three-phases UPS offers
Serve as a single point escalation path for Level four (Design Level) technical support and provide technical solutions for our customers to strengthen their confidence on our product and gain more trust
Work with global engineering teams to collaborate and continuously improve hardware and firmware levels of performance of Schneider Electric 3 Phase UPS offers and provide the professional advice
Actively work with other cross-functional teams (CS&Q /Marketing/Service/Product development team/L3 expert team/Local regions front office team etc) to continuously improve products quality and share the engineering support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Must have Power Supply & UPS Product design 3+ yrs experience or relevant field (Application or Technical Support etc.)
Must have skills using common electrical test instruments: (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power analyzer, dielectric tester, programable AC/DC power source) and know well for electrical product analysis and test method
Good command on English
