They are seeking a Junior Sales Representative who will learn the sales process and build relationships with potential clients while preparing to advance into a full Sales Representative position.

Responsibilities

Learn and master the sales process and understand the products and services offered

Learn sales administration by participating in sales office functions

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

Conduct market research and develop sales strategies; gather and analyze information to build knowledge base and identify trends for assigned territory/product

Observe the sales process by calling on accounts; adhere to established sales steps

Update job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities; read sales and marketing publications

Prepare and deliver product presentations

Other duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
