Permit expediting including preparing and processing permit applications
Permit renewals and extensions
Tracking and management
Prepares and sends permit updates
Provides No Parking Signs to active job sites
Processes payments and applications at different jurisdictions
Reviews online permit tracking systems, prepares draft applications based on building plans
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Resourceful, Adaptable, and Organized
Permitting experience or knowledge
Administrative/Clerical Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
