Responsibilities
Drive enterprise-level projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tangible outcomes
Lead the development of sophisticated reporting solutions—descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive—using Power BI and M365 tools to inform strategic decisions
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase value across supported business segments
Collaborate with senior leaders to define priorities, shape solutions, and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful business impact
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by influencing teams and stakeholders to adopt best practices and innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, with a strong record of delivering business value
Expertise in Power BI, M365, Planner, Visio, and data visualization
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
Strong background in process improvement and change management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Refinery (Oil & Gas) industry experience is preferred
Advanced degree preferred
