Responsibilities

Build and launch comprehensive enablement programs across the customer lifecycle from first touch to expansion
Create onboarding that cuts ramp time in half, ongoing training that moves the needle on key metrics, and just-in-time content that helps reps win deals
Develop the playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, and certification programs that become revenue team essentials
Build a centralized content hub that makes it easy for any team member to find what they need, when they need it
Partner with RevOps to identify skill gaps, measure what's working, and iterate ruthlessly
Track enablement ROI, analyze win/loss patterns, and use data to prioritize what matters most for revenue growth
Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure enablement is synchronized with launches, campaigns, and process changes
Be the voice of the field, surfacing feedback and ensuring our revenue teams have what they need to succeed

Required

3-5 years in revenue or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
Experience building programs from scratch and scaling them as teams grew
Understanding of the full revenue motion—sales methodologies, customer success plays, and how partnerships drive pipeline
Ability to speak the language of quota, conversion rates, and customer retention
Strong writing and presentation skills to turn complex product features into compelling customer narratives
Deep familiarity with Salesforce and enablement tech stacks
Comfortable building workflows, tracking metrics, and optimizing for efficiency
Ability to measure the impact of launched programs
Knowledge of how to tie enablement activities to business outcomes
Ability to rally people around a vision without direct authority
Comfortable presenting to executives, coaching individual reps, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with 80/20 solutions that get better over time
Possess the right to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship

Preferred

Experience with modern enablement platforms, LMS systems, or video content creation
