Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner working towards the alignment of employee-related initiatives, field operations leadership, and overall company objectives

Work closely with Field Supervisors, Superintendents, Production Managers, and Operations roles to ensure crews are staffed, trained, and equipped to meet project and branch specific demands

Act as an employee champion for the Field workforce and serve as a bridge between field teams and office leadership to ensure clear and consistent communication, support, and guidance

HR-related duties will include, but are not limited to, recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, project staffing/site access, and contract compliance
