Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software for Apple's operating systems
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build features for enterprise and education customers
Investigate and prototype solutions with emerging and next-generation technologies
Solve complex technical challenges in multi-threaded and systems-level software
Communicate technical designs and project status effectively to partners across the organization
Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster their technical and professional growth
Advocate for and deliver high-quality, performant, and reliable code
Qualification
Required
Advanced programming skills in one or more of the following: C, C++, Objective-C, or Swift
Demonstrated ability to write performant and correct multi-threaded code
Proven aptitude for learning new technologies and cutting through ambiguity to deliver results
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Preferred
Strong leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly within the team and across departments
A passion for building extraordinary products
