Media Specialist II
Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing grocery store chain focused on healthy living. They are seeking a Media Specialist II to provide strategic media planning and campaign management across various paid marketing campaigns, working with internal stakeholders and agency partners to drive traffic and improve ROI.

Responsibilities
Working with internal marketing team and leadership to develop strategic media planning and tactical execution
Work with agency of record to test and experiment with new ad products and technologies
Proficient in measuring and reporting out on KPIs and ROI for all paid digital marketing campaigns including wins and provide insights to continue to drive and improve traffic and ROAS
Perform audience and keyword research to ensure campaigns are targeting first time and repeat Sprouts customers
Participate in the review, consideration and onboarding of new digital advertising platforms or partnerships
Identify and share out relevant paid digital trends and insights
Collaborate with partnership marketing to support eComm, Instacart, UberEats and DoorDash
Support and manage the legal contracting and disclaimer process across the marketing department
Handling monthly purchase orders and invoices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years' experience managing paid digital campaigns in Google Search, DV360, Google Shopping/PLA Ads, Meta, and Programmatic Display Ads
2+ years in local digital marketing
2+ years managing monthly invoicing and payment process
Current Google Search Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification
Ability to think high-level about product strategy and vision
Dynamic, flexible, hardworking, curious and highly organized
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to justify strategic actions with metrics
Self-driven, goal-oriented attitude. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage time effectively and determine priorities
The ability to communicate technical concepts and relate them to overall business strategy
A passion for and understanding paid media technologies and their role in marketing brands
Preferred
Agency experience, not required, but preferred
