Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Basic knowledge of technical principles and methods of computers and peripherals
Ability to integrate basic principles of discipline with processes and procedures
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Ability to manage multiple support assignments
