Responsibilities
Optimize the performance in each channel
Sell clothes, deliver world-class service, and build loyal client relationships
Ensure the world-class delivery of sales, solution, and service expertise
Resolve client escalations to protect Aritzia’s brand and elevate our commitment to delivering Everyday Luxury experiences
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
Qualification
Required
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
