Reliability Programs Manager

The Reliability Programs Manager will lead complex programs to develop and deliver novel mechanically-advantaged thin glass products, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians in the process.

Responsibilities
Lead Reliability Programs aimed at developing and delivering new products
Develop new test methods with emphasis on retained strength
Understand and solve technical issues removing barriers that enable adoption of new products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanics, such as Digital Image Correlation (DIC) for stress and strain analysis
Previous supervisory experience
Proficiency in statistics
Experience with Minitab or JMP
Preferred
Previous Manufacturing Industry Experience
Glass Experience
Fracture Analysis / Fractography
Failure Mode Analysis
