Responsibilities
Examine and assess the organization
Identify, offer solutions, and draft procedures for improvement
Observe and secure information by assessing customers, processes, reports
Analyze this information to determine relevant data and methods that should be used to analyze, define, and record the results and recommendations in a reporting format
Qualification
Required
Selected personnel will have an adjudicated clearance and access up to TS/SCI security clearance
Senior staff planning experience in Joint Operations Planning Process and the Marine Corps Planning Process at the Marine Division, Wing, or MLG staff
Experience conducting tactical and operational level planning at the conceptual, functional and detailed levels for service and functional component organizations, as well as joint headquarters organizations; completion of an appropriate level of professional military education such as Intermediate/Top Level School (ILS/TLS)
Knowledge of, and operational experience, deploying and employing ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and combat service support units and related equipment
Knowledge of, and operational experience, with military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the operational command level
Preferred
SME Level – Master's Degree or equivalent w/ 7+ Years Direct Relevant Experience
Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
