The role involves maintaining product setups, coordinating sample requests, and ensuring operational efficiency to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Own maintenance and coordination of domestic Personalization product setup needs daily, ensuring all wholesale divisional requests are executed in a timely manner and tracked accurately

Support the ongoing setup and maintenance of any Wholesale-exclusive styles within our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) application, including collaborations and custom programs

Execute Price Events in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool if necessary to ensure goods are ticketed correctly

Coordinate seasonal Wholesale sample requests, working with Sales and Merchandising to ensure reorders are placed for Wholesale-exclusive products, if necessary, and that we are providing Accounts with any physical samples they require for Digital purposes in a timely manner

Communicate regular product setup status updates to cross-functional stakeholders

Identify and investigate root cause of issues within the aforementioned processed and help to guide scalable, strategic solution implementation in order to mitigate recurrence
