Start in 2026 SummerNexstar Media Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Intern for WAVY-TV 10/WVBT FOX43 for the Summer semester 2026. The intern will assist the sales team in creating sales materials, planning special projects, performing ratings research, and developing social media strategies for clients.

Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in creation of sales one-sheets
Assist in planning of special sales projects
Perform ratings research
Assist staff in prep for sales calls
Work with clients on social media strategy
Creating Facebook and IG posts as directed
Qualification
Required
completed courses in a digital Sales or Marketing-related curriculum
working knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms
must be enrolled in a college degree granting program
will be required to show proof of enrollment in an internship course within that program
Preferred
some experience analyzing algorithms
developing social media marketing plans
crafting images and videos for social media platforms
