Responsibilities
De-obligating/decreasing purchase orders
Reviewing Draft Requests for Proposal (DRFP) requests
Emailing orders to vendors
Requesting and following up on Mayer’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS)
Doing Business Data forms/W-9
Tracking vendor updates
Providing purchase order copies for Furniture & Equipment invoices, and processing advance check requests
Qualification
