Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions in the Azure environment
Translate business requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports using PowerBI
Integrate various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
Use Python to automate data processes and integrate it within the BI tools
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement and refine data visualizations in tools such as Tableau
Generate advanced/complex queries and stored procedures in different database platforms to support further analytics
Maintain and optimize Azure Synapse solutions for data storage and analytics
Stay updated with the latest trends in BI tools and Azure services to ensure the adoption of best practices
Any other responsibility at management discretion
Qualification
Required
Experience in Azure data services, with a particular focus on PowerBI
Solid understanding of other data visualization tools such as Tableau
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field
Minimum of 2 year experience in BI solutions and data integrations
Strong Experience in PowerBI, Tableau, and other leading BI tools
Experience with Azure Synapse and other Azure data services
Strong programming skills in Python
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling
Preferred
Experience with Python and Azure Synapse
Prior experience in the healthcare domain
Experience in supporting multitenancy environment
Other BI tool experience such as SAP BusinessObjects
Previous experience with Oracle and AWS
