This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-enabled solutions that integrate across multiple applications, data sources, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities
Define and evolve enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes
Architect and implement scalable AI-driven solutions integrated with existing business and IT systems
Provide technical leadership and direction across internal development teams
Design integration layers across internal platforms and external systems (LMS, SIS, partner applications)
Lead architecture for high-traffic, distributed systems and microservice-based solutions
Conduct feasibility analyses and advise leadership on technology strategy and roadmaps
Perform architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability
Evaluate emerging technologies and guide R&D initiatives
Produce and maintain architecture documentation aligned with SDLC standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software and systems architecture / development experience
5+ years of hands-on AI development experience
Strong experience designing high-volume, distributed systems
Expertise with SQL (SQL Server/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases
Experience with Git/GitHub/TFS and modern SDLC practices
Deep understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps, Agile, and service-oriented architectures
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Microservices, service bus, or event-driven architectures
Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
Azure technologies (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Cloud Storage)
Azure DevOps or similar story management tools
Education, data-intensive, or regulated environments
