Risepoint is implementing Optimizely as their new Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This role is the business owner for the platform, accountable for delivering a consistent, high-performing digital foundation across multiple university partner and brand sites, and translating partner needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own the DXP roadmap and backlog aligned to partner growth and prospective student outcomes (speed, conversion, quality, scale)
Define and enforce platform standards (templates, components, content models, workflows, governance, permissions) so partners get flexibility without fragmentation
Lead business-side implementation: requirements, decision-making, adoption, launch readiness, and change management
Drive content migration and rollouts with clear controls for brand/partner variations, metadata, redirects, and SEO/AEO preservation
Partner with Marketing Technology and technical teams to ensure integrations support end-to-end journeys (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, personalization)
Align UX, Content Ops, SEO, CRO, Partner, Channel, and Marketing stakeholders on reusable solutions that improve partner experience and reduce operational friction
Set and monitor quality bars for every launch: performance, accessibility, compliance, content hygiene, and conversion readiness
Build ongoing enablement (training, documentation, governance routines) so teams can ship partner updates quickly and safely

Required

8-12+ years leading CMS/DXP (multi-site/multi-brand environments), ideally as a platform/product owner
Demonstrated ownership of component libraries, templates, content models, governance, and editorial workflows at scale
Strong cross-functional leadership—able to make decisions, drive alignment, and deliver outcomes in complex environments
Experience leading content migrations and site launches, including SEO preservation and phased rollouts
Data-driven approach to digital performance: defining KPIs and using insights to guide roadmap and optimization
