The ideal candidate will apply principles of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics to design, analyze, and optimize systems and components for flow measurement and control.

Responsibilities
Develop and validate CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) models for fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal management systems
Conduct thermal and flow simulations to support product design and system performance optimization
Set up and carry out lab experiments to test predictions from CFD models and to improve model accuracy
Generate technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree highly preferred
Strong foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics
Proficiency in CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, Star-CCM+, COMSOL, or OpenFOAM
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD)
Knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or C++) is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in a product development lifecycle and R&D environment
Hands-on experience setting up and carrying out fluid flow and thermal experiments
Experience working with gas flow controllers
Familiarity with the design and function of gas flow controllers
Knowledge of flow calibration techniques and laboratory procedures
