Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in a help desk, customer service, or healthcare IT role required

Preferred

associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Epic Systems and MyChart preferred
Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations preferred
