Responsibilities
Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects
Meeting and communicating with project manager daily/weekly
Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow-up
Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers
Project Administration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required
Demonstrates a customer service focus
Previous internship or co-op experience in with an architecture firm
Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task between projects and priorities at one time
Preferred
Revit/BIM experience preferred
