Responsibilities
Provide support to all Facilities, Parking and Transportation Teams
Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the activities of parking programs
Partner with Dev Team to conceptualize, build, beta and deploy Parking Enforcement Operations and Technologies
Create signage and marketing material for parking programs
Standardize transportation signage across all locations
Involved in meetings across multiple teams to ensure an appropriate level of transparency with partners
Proactively communicate any impact to neighboring tenants and/or teams
Identify the head count to parking space ratio for each building and forecast parking demand
Work with the Real Estate team to evaluate property parking needs for current and future sites
Create facility traffic flow patterns, identify optimal space designation and make proactive recommendations to enhance operations and optimize site efficiency
Coordinate fleet management and storage of vehicles
Identify ways to maximize efficiency of EV mobile units and maintaining program integrity with an SOP
Create maps and models representing vehicular and pedestrian patterns
Work with all stakeholders to create and deploy a Parking Enforcement program from conception to implementation and program oversight
Parking facilities management - Cleaning, Charging and Maintenance
Ensure parking areas are kept clean and pressure washing is completed on a regular schedule
Ensure all parking equipment such as Gates, Lift Arms, RFID Scanners, LPR
Qualification
Required
Required experience with deployment and/or management of fixed or mobile Provide support to all Facilities, Parking and Transportation Teams

Experience with OmniQ, Genetech or other related LPR systems
You have 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries
Your operational and financial acumen are outstanding, and you are able to share and coach your leaders in these areas
You use your impeccable conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff
You see a challenge as an opportunity and ready to 'charge the hill' to lead your team to new heights
Your education includes a bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience
You know your way around a computer and will have no problems with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, or the Microsoft Office suite
