Responsibilities
Source and connect with candidates across education and healthcare using job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, strengths, and overall fit
Manage the full recruitment process from first conversation through placement
Build and maintain a strong, long-term candidate pipeline
Support candidates through onboarding and beyond to ensure a smooth experience
Qualification
Required
Based within 40 miles of Phoenix, AZ
Strong communication skills and follow-through
2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a relationship-focused role
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working toward goals while keeping a people-first mindset
Resilient, accountable, and self-motivated
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset
