In this role, you will underwrite new business for Private and Not-For-Profit clients, assessing and structuring solutions for various management liability products while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth by generating new business for Private/Not-For-Profit management liability products, including D&O, Crime, EPL, Fiduciary, and K&R
Underwrite and analyze new business submissions in accordance with established guidelines and risk appetite
Conduct financial analysis to assess risk and determine appropriate terms and pricing
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with producers and clients in the assigned region
Support both traditional and digital distribution channels for new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and company policies
Utilize automated systems for underwriting, claims analysis, and communication
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve divisional goals and enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Proven multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills
Strong computer proficiency including the ability to process a large volume of business daily
Demonstrated financial and analytical skills with the proven ability to make expedient and sound decisions
Strong track record in delivering timely quality service to internal and external customers
Demonstrated success in negotiation and building collaborative relationships
Works effectively as part of a team; ability to balance team and individual goals
Demonstrates flexibility by handling day-to-day uncertainties while adapting to new technology
Strong oral and written communication skills
Goal oriented and results driven
Strong analytical skills required with the proven ability to make expedient and sound decisions, as well as taking initiative
Ability to sell and negotiate to achieve bottom line profitability
Preferred
Customer service and/or insurance experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in finance, business or sales/marketing is preferred
