Responsibilities

Executes and manages plans for faculty development programs, workshops, and instructional initiatives offered by the Academy for Teaching Excellence

Ensures accurate application of internal faculty development credit procedures and compliance with Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) regulations

Collects and analyzes participation, survey, and student outcome data to assess program effectiveness and support continuous improvement

Provides highly responsible, confidential, and complex administrative assistance to the Dean of Teaching and Learning

Manages office workflow, coordinates communications, maintains records and calendars, and supports the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

Serves as a key liaison between the Academy and internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of faculty development initiatives and alignment with institutional processes

Qualification
