Responsibilities
Own the execution of global compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, equity, and promotion cycles, ensuring flawless delivery across regions
Manage day-to-day program and project execution—planning, tracking, documentation, risk management, and executive-ready status updates
Continuously improve processes and delivery models to elevate efficiency, scalability, and employee experience, leveraging automation and AI where possible
Collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand evolving needs, shape program objectives, and translate strategy into action
Create and manage program-related projects, proactively adjusting plans, resolving issues, and navigating dependencies to ensure success
Anticipate how compensation programs intersect with other initiatives and partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks and drive alignment
Maintain compliance with global legal, regulatory, and audit requirements—protecting both the organization and our employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, finance, or HR program management
Strong expertise in data analysis and modeling; experience with automation and AI is a strong plus
Proven experience delivering compensation programs across multiple countries or regions
Deep familiarity with compensation tools and HRIS platforms (Workday, Beqom, Anaplan)
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite
A collaborative, influential style—able to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
