Responsibilities

Delighting customers and being an integral support to the best the city has to offer
Winning trust, creating solutions, advising customers on new items to match their requirements
Developing long term relationships through high quality service
Selling business services to restaurant owners, hotel managers, senior hospitality executives, clinicians
Selling to both established and startup venues in a highly competitive environment
Maintaining a full pipeline and reaching sales goals
Developing customer relationships
Planning weekly and daily activities proactively
Mapping calls through the territory for maximum impact and efficiency

Required

Prior success selling business services (e.g., to restaurant owners, hotel managers, senior hospitality executives, clinicians) over a longer sales cycle
Experience selling to both established and startup venues in a highly competitive environment
Self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and able to work well independently
Strong hunter with the ability to explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach goals
Exceptional listening and questioning skills
Ability to find and close new business, sell value instead of price, and quickly develop customer relationships
Proud of sales numbers and eager to discuss sales results
Proven success in B2B sales in hospitality or a similar industry
Solid sales employment track record of professional growth
Self-managed, motivated, innovative, and resourceful
Relevant employment references
Pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random drug screens for all fleet vehicle drivers
Must pass background check and MVR
Live and work in the field in your territory (not a remote position)

Preferred

Experience selling commercial laundry services or food and beverage contracts
Strong consultative selling skills
Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
Familiarity with the hospitality industry and emerging service trends
