Lead the development and evolution of digital twins across supply chain networks, including fulfillment, transportation, and distribution
Drive initiatives that use simulation insights to improve associate work experience, safety, productivity, and operational usability
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technical experts
Partner with supply chain, operations, data science, and product teams to align digital twin capabilities with business priorities
Leverage simulation models with AI/ML capabilities to enable continuous learning, optimization, and predictive decision-making
Establish standards, governance, and best practices for scalable, reusable simulation and digital twin solutions
Translate complex system behavior and analytics into clear recommendations for executive and operational leaders
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance modeling fidelity, speed, and real-world impact
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience within Advanced Engineering or a related field
Experience in developing and scaling simulation and digital twin capabilities
Proven ability to leverage simulation, AI, and machine learning for continuous improvement
Experience in optimizing network performance and enhancing associate work experience
Strong partnership skills with supply chain operations, engineering, and product leaders
Ability to translate complex system behavior and analytics into clear recommendations
Experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing technical teams
Knowledge of establishing standards, governance, and best practices for simulation solutions
Ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies for modeling fidelity and speed
