Support the Escrow Officers by coordinating lending requirements
Satisfy terms of purchase agreements
Record deeds
Handle customer inquiries
Prepare escrow documents
Conduct title searches
Maintain accurate records
Provide premier customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable closing process for clients

Required

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus
Experience in handling Closings and Escrow processes is a plus
Notary certification and strong Residential Real Estate knowledge is a plus
