Responsibilities

Develop coherent, compelling, and consistent messaging that articulates Solidus’ differentiation and competitive advantage across TradFi and digital asset markets
Create sales enablement content and strategies, including case studies, solution one-pagers, presentations, whitepapers, and sales playbooks for global use
Execute go-to-market launch strategies for new products, capabilities, and solutions with precision and effectiveness, owning launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch adoption
Refine Solidus’ understanding of customer requirements, behaviors, and ecosystems to identify market opportunities and customer demand across different asset classes
Support strategic deals and analyze the pipeline to identify effective tactics in the field, using this feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
Conduct sales training sessions, tailoring content to regional, segment, persona, and product use case requirements
Perform ongoing analysis of competitors’ messaging and marketing strategies, as well as win/loss analysis, to maintain and accelerate our category leadership
Stay updated on trends in blockchain, digital assets, and crypto as they relate to capital markets, financial services, and payments
Partner closely with Product and R&D to translate regulatory requirements, surveillance methodologies, and technical capabilities into clear, credible, and differentiated market positioning
Define and track product marketing success metrics, including launch adoption, sales enablement effectiveness, and influence on pipeline progression and win rates

Required

5+ years of product marketing experience
A strong background in capital markets is essential, including experience marketing SaaS products to financial institutions
Demonstrated ability to effectively position B2B products for market growth, collaborating with marketing and sales to build a robust pipeline and accelerate deal closures
Self-driven, flexible, and hands-on, with the ability to tackle challenges while maintaining a sense of humor
Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proven experience engaging with external and internal stakeholders, including senior executives
Skilled at partnering across functions, from R&D and product to sales and marketing
Adept at influencing peers and managers, and building consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), for both internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, perform qualitative research, and derive actionable insights
Comfortable engaging with complex regulatory, compliance, and capital markets monitoring, and translating them into clear customer-facing narratives
Passionate about learning new technologies
Bold enough to propose ambitious ideas and execute them effectively
Based in the NYC area
