Responsibilities

Review customer-submitted site photos and documentation to determine installation feasibility and compatibility

Collaborate with customers to clarify site details and finalize installation configurations

Interpret and apply relevant electrical codes to ensure safe and compliant installations

Create detailed, specialty drawings for off-nominal or complex installation scenarios

Document and communicate installation requirements and potential issues to internal teams

Maintain accurate records of site survey reviews and customer interactions

Occasionally conduct in-person site surveys to resolve complex issues or verify site conditions

Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams based on site survey findings

Identify and suggest improvements to the site survey review process for increased efficiency

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in site survey review, electrical installation, or related technical field

Strong understanding of electrical codes and installation best practices

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and creating detailed diagrams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction

Ability to analyze and interpret visual data from photographs and site documentation

Experience with solar, battery, or EV charger installations

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Proficient with computer software and documentation tools

Preferred

Experience with CAD software for creating technical drawings

Certification in electrical or solar installation

Experience conducting in-person site surveys

Knowledge of specific local electrical codes and permitting processes

Familiarity with project management principles
