Government Relations Associate Director (Workforce, Environmental Policy)
Texas Instruments is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, seeking an experienced Government Relations professional to join their Washington, DC policy team. This role involves shaping public dialogue and policymaking on critical semiconductor business and technology policy issues, focusing on workforce, STEM education, immigration, intellectual property, and environmental policy.

Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze and make recommendations regarding key policy and regulatory developments related to workforce, immigration, intellectual property, privacy, and environment
Build and maintain communication channels with internal colleagues across relevant TI teams to explain policy, understand impacts and advise on any advocacy strategies
Develop and recommend the best policy approaches, decision makers understanding and build relevant successful coalitions
Represent TI in trade associations and establish/manage constructive relationships with other relevant stakeholders, including coalitions and academic institutions
Collaborate across the global government relations team on initiatives to strengthen relationships among key decision makers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with tech policies, workforce, and manufacturing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of government processes
