As a Regional Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring brand values of freshness, quality, and customer care are upheld while driving sales and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

Drive growth in sales and profitability by executing marketing and branding strategies

Monitor and uphold standards in customer service, product quality, sanitation, HACCP compliance, and consistency across locations

Visit and audit licensee-operated locations to ensure compliance with Sushi Awarsei’s food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines

Partner with store teams to optimize cost control and maintain efficiency

Recruit, train, and develop Company Chefs and Licensees to ensure strong morale and effective use of human resources

Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and reinforce brand culture

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and food service partners to ensure Sushi Awarsei remains their preferred supplier

Address and resolve client and customer satisfaction issues with professionalism and care

Lead with ownership, providing high-quality customer service at every point of contact
