Responsibilities

Lead the design, programming, and integration of Building Automation Systems (BAS) across diverse platforms—including Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, and Honeywell

Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC control system commissioning, including start-up, functional testing, calibration, and troubleshooting

Deliver expert-level technical support and hands-on training to clients, facility operators, and internal technicians

Partner with project managers, HVAC service teams, and third-party contractors to coordinate installations, streamline workflows, and implement innovative energy-saving strategies tailored to each facility’s needs

Required

4+ years building automation controls experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Niagara N4 Honeywell certification

Valid driver's license and willingness to commute to various client sites in the Greater Phoenix area

Strong troubleshooting, programming and ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics

Excellent communication and customer service mindset

Proven track record of managing or supporting BAS/DDC projects from design to completion, including interpreting control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operations

Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., engineers, facility managers, contractors) to deliver energy-efficient solutions
