Responsibilities

Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications for structural systems involving steel, concrete, and other materials across industrial and energy projects

Oversee teams of engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering excellence and efficiency

Collaborate across disciplines. Work closely with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to bring clear, innovative designs to life

Develop proposals, track budgets and schedules, and forecast workloads to ensure projects are delivered profitably and on time

Conduct field reviews, construction site visits, and respond to RFIs and submittals to confirm designs perform as intended

Contribute to business development by applying technical expertise to win new work and deepen client relationships

Prepare written technical reports and present your findings to clients and internal teams
