$20/hr - $25/hrPacksize is redefining the way businesses and their customers use and experience packaging around the world. They are seeking a part-time intern for their Accounting Billing team, providing a broad overview of the billing process and experience in preparing invoices for customers.
Packaging & Containers
Responsibilities
Organize and review Sales Orders for multiple accounts
Create and bill invoices to clients
Work with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
Investigate and correct orders to prepare for billing
Collaborating on projects with other team members
Work with other departments to provide accurate and timely information for accounts
Use various information systems to provide information and support, including SAP, Sales Force, and Access
Provide other ad hoc support, and respond to requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate accounting degree required
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access
Responsibly manage sensitive or confidential information
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Self-starter; ability to work independently on projects and tasks
Preferred
Minimum 3.0 GPA in statistics, accounting, finance, and/or economics coursework preferred
Demonstrated interest in international development
