Vendor & Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities
Customize presentations and documentation to meet customer- and project-specific requirements regarding vendor management, supply chain, and third-party logistics
Coordinate and track customer shipments from initiation to delivery, providing status updates as needed, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Communicate directly with clinical research sites to confirm delivery schedules and clarify order requests
Liaise directly with sponsors and vendors to provide shipment updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships
Assist in maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation in collaboration with vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Monitor and identify potential delays or challenges in the supply chain and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution
Support internal teams with shipment-related queries and contribute to process improvements
Complete other special projects and tasks as needed/assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with clinical research sites, customers, sponsors, and vendors
Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external personnel required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage internal systems and documentation for third-party vendors
Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Prior working experience with supply chain, vendor coordination, and/or logistics is preferred
Knowledge of GCP/GMP and clinical trial processes preferred
